Submit an Interconnection or Solar Complaint

Submit an Interconnection Complaint - Information on how to submit a complaint regarding the interconnection of your solar project or any utility billing issue. A complaint should not by submitted until you have contacted your EDC (electric utility) to try to resolve any outstanding issues.

Submit a Solar Complaint - Information on how to submit a complaint regarding your Solar Contractor and/or the Owner of your Solar Electric Generating Facility. A complaint should not be submitted until you have contacted your solar installer and/or the owner of your solar system/SREC owner to try and resolve the outstanding issue.


Trade Ally Database - Find a Trade Ally

Are you looking to be listed as a solar contractor in the NJCEP Trade Ally database? Find out how.

To be eligible to generate Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (SRECs), solar projects must enroll in the SREC Registration Program (SRP) to establish the project's eligibility.  More detailed SRP requirements, processes and procedures can be found in the SREC Registration Program Guidebook.
